TaskCollab

TaskCollab is an innovative application designed for seamless hybrid remote collaboration, featuring a robust backlog function. Developed as part of my Graphical Interface course, our assignment was to create a video conferencing tool that effectively facilitated hybrid meeting environments. Hybrid meetings often present challenges, such as audio feedback and unsynchronized sound when participants connect through multiple devices in the same room. Read on to discover the creative solutions we implemented to overcome these obstacles!

Reflection

The TaskCollab project provided me with a remarkable opportunity to grow as a designer and collaborator, working in a diverse team of five members. We faced numerous challenges, such as harmonizing individual design preferences and creating a coherent interface while balancing feature-rich content with a seamless user experience. This project also required us to think innovatively in addressing hybrid meeting mode complexities. Overall, TaskCollab has been an invaluable learning experience, enhancing my design skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork. I am confident that the insights and skills acquired during this project will serve as a strong foundation for my future design endeavours.
